The Trails Board Meeting

We’d love for you to join us for the upcoming Trails Board Meeting, which includes a Homeowner Open Forum. It’s a great opportunity to stay connected, hear community updates, and share any thoughts or questions you may have.
Please note:The meeting will not be recorded. The official record will be captured in the approved meeting minutes.
Management will do their best to keep the community informed of any updates or decisions made during or after the meeting.
All proposed changes to the bylaws, security measures policy, solar policy, common area usage, and deed restriction enforcement are required updates based on the 2025 legislative changes. These must be voted on in an open session of the Board, and the full drafts are attached for your review so that homeowners can see and understand the updates before they are discussed and voted on publicly.
