Sweet Summer Send-Off

Back To School Breakfast

Kick off the first day of school with a smile! Join us for a cheerful morning at the corner of The Trails Drive and Arbor Hills. We’ll have a tent set up with breakfast treats and a small goodie bag to help celebrate the start of the 2025–2026 school year.
We can’t wait to see all the bright faces and wish everyone a fantastic year ahead!
Trailblazers 101

Trailblazers 101 is a new homeowner orientation designed to help you settle into the Trails community. This session covers important information about the neighborhood, homeowner responsibilities, community resources, and amenities. You’ll also learn about local rules, sustainability practices, and have the chance to connect with fellow neighbors. It’s a great opportunity to get to know your new home and the community you’ll be a part of!
