Do you have questions about your water bill or how services are managed in The Trails? Join us for a Water 101 virtual session with representatives from the water company on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.
This is a great opportunity for homeowners to:
Learn how water usage is measured and billed
Understand system maintenance and conservation efforts Ask questions directly to the experts To help the representatives prepare thorough answers, please email your questions in advance to thetrailstx@ccmcnet.com. All questions must be submitted no later than Sunday, November 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Please include “Water” in your subject line so we can gather the questions efficiently. Even if you can’t attend live, submitting questions ensures they’ll be addressed during the session and included in our post-meeting recap. We look forward to seeing you there.
