Trailblazers 101 is a new homeowner orientation designed to help you settle into the Trails community. This session covers important information about the neighborhood, homeowner responsibilities, community resources, and amenities. You’ll also learn about local rules, sustainability practices, and have the chance to connect with fellow neighbors. It’s a great opportunity to get to know your new home and the community you’ll be a part of!
